P3 Medical Gas Manifolds
P3 Medical Gas Manifolds
A manifold is where medical gas cylinders connect to the pipeline. It serves as the primary source in smaller facilities, or as a reserve and emergency source alongside a liquid oxygen tank or generator. P3 manufactures a UK-made manifold family covering several operating roles.
What is it?
A manifold includes cylinder tailpipes with connections to suit local requirements, a multi-stage regulator for accurate control up to 500 l/min, pressure switches pre-wired to a termination box for the central alarm system, and an isolation and pressure relief valve assembly with copper stubs for the distribution and exhaust pipelines.
Features
- Available configurations: manual manifold, emergency reserve manifold and emergency standby manifold
- Multi-stage regulator for accurate control up to 500 l/min
- Pressure switches pre-wired to a termination box for the central alarm system
- 2 × 1 and 2 × 2 configurations as standard on the emergency versions, larger sizes on request
- Isolation and pressure relief valve assembly with copper stubs for distribution and exhaust
- Meets the requirements of HTM 02-01 and HTM 2022 for medical gas pipeline systems
- Products from this brand are available according to project requirements and availability.
Applications
- Hospitals and medical complexes
