P3 NIST Tee Assemblies
A NIST tee assembly provides a connection point for NIST hose nipples on the pipeline without interrupting the rest of the line, and is used for test points, temporary connections and equipment hook-ups. P3 supplies these assemblies in several sizes.
What is it?
The assembly is fitted into the line and carries a user-serviceable non-return valve that stops gas flow when no hose is connected. It is supplied with a blank NIST cap to protect the connection prior to commissioning, and is available from 12 mm to 28 mm with alternative sizes on request.
