Gas Control Panel – up to 8 Detectors
The control panel is the brain of the gas detection system: it receives detector signals, raises the alarm when set thresholds are exceeded, sends the shut-off command to the solenoid valve on the supply line, and displays the status of each point.

What is it?
Panel size is selected from the current detector count with margin for future expansion, and it is installed where the operations team can access and observe it easily. Core functions include point status display, alarm levels, control outputs for valve and siren, and a documented periodic functional test.
Features
- Central management of all detection points
- Configurable alarm levels
- Control outputs for valve and siren
- Clear status display per point
- Capacity allowing future expansion
- Documented periodic functional testing

Frequently asked questions
How is panel capacity selected?
By counting the detectors required by the detection system design, then choosing a panel that accommodates them with expansion margin, rather than replacing the panel with every future addition.
