Degreased Medical Gas Copper Fittings
Degreased Medical Gas Copper Fittings
Medical copper fittings provide direction changes, size transitions and branches within a medical gas pipeline, and are supplied to the same internal cleanliness level required for the tube.

What is it?
Fittings include elbows, tees, reducers and couplings in sizes matching the pipeline design, installed by brazing under an inert purge. Packaging must remain sealed until installation, and dimensions are selected to minimise pressure loss and preserve smooth flow.
Features
- Internal cleanliness matching medical gas requirements
- Sealed packaging opened only at installation
- Sizes compatible with medical copper tube
- Suitable for brazing under inert purge
- Geometry that limits turbulence and pressure loss
- Traceability within the project file
Applications
- Hospitals and medical complexes
- Operating theatres and intensive care units
- Emergency and inpatient departments
- Dialysis centres
- Day-surgery centres and clinics
- Expansion and refurbishment projects in healthcare facilities

Frequently asked questions
Can ordinary fittings be mixed with medical tube?
No. Every element in the gas path must meet the same cleanliness level; mixing non-dedicated components invalidates the network for testing and handover.
